About the role
The Cover Manager works with the Assistant Principal to record staff absence on Bromcom, work with supply agencies where required and provide cover supervision for absent teachers, wherever possible across the Academy, as well as generally support the smooth operation of the Academy staff at other times. They play a vital role in contributing to the culture, ethos and well-being of the whole Academy.
HOURS 37 hours per week TERM TIME (39 WEEKS) FULL TIME, PERMANENT
