Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kidlington, Home Address (Hybrid)
Rank/Grade: TVP Broad Band 4J
Salary: Band 4J, circa £56k - £60k depending on experience, per annum, plus benefits
Part/Full Time: Full Time - All roles are available for flexible working including job sharing and part-time unless there are legitimate operational / business reasons why this cannot be accommodated
Type of Contract: Permanent

If so, we have an exciting new opportunity to work within our Property Services team, working to our Quantity Surveyor, on a number of projects across the Force’s Estate’s footprint. This is an exciting time to join our department and be part of a number of diverse projects supporting TVP to deliver its policing mission within a complex and operational environment.
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in our project team, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control throughout the lifecycle of our projects. You will have previous experience to enable you to work independently and be able to demonstrate skills and knowledge of traditional QS duties from pre to post contract.
This role will suit someone who can build effective relationships and negotiate with multiple stakeholders including external consultants and contractors.
