Youll assist in the closing down of transport details for pool and hire vehicles, ensuring accurate reconciliation of vehicle ATUDs at month-end. As part of our collaborative team, youll cover for fellow Transport Office Administrators and provide backup for other service delivery positions as needed.
Your administrative tasks will involve collaborating with the Team Leader on various duties, including IFS entries, staff training coordination, and procurement of workwear and PPE. Youll also oversee the Transport Service Equipment Table store and support the ADSL PPE and exercise equipment stores.
