WHAT TO EXPECT:
An exciting new role within the newly formed Lead Management Team. The Lead Management Product Owner will be responsible for the maintenance, development, and future strategy of Lead Management Systems and Processes. You will work closely with the retail network and wider UK National Sales Centre to positively promote Lead Management Systems and to drive best practice and performance in terms of lead handling. Working with appropriate agencies to maintain current processes and to drive and implement improvements.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* End to end Management of the UK Lead Management Systems and Processes. Supporting the development and optimisation of the products to achieve 100% lead transparency.
* Prioritisation of future roadmap, testing, and change management. Use data insights to drive continuous improvement and make informed decisions about product enhancements.
* Act as a primary contact for all stakeholder Management including but not limited to wider JLR business and UK Retail Network.
* Responsible for supplier engagement including performance reviews of open tickets and facilitating regular engagement meetings.
* Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams and end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the lead management product.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
* Excellent knowledge of Lead Management Systems and Processes.
* Experience of using Jira board and CRM Systems.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to build strong, valuable relationships at all levels of the business.
