Marketing Transformation Implementation Lead (FTC)
£58,000 - £62,000 plus benefits
Reports to: Head of Marketing Transformation/Director of Marketing and Digital
Directorate: Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement
Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Location: Stratford, London Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

To support our vision, we are bringing together our digital capabilities into one team within marketing & digital. We are currently recruiting a Marketing Transformation implementation lead to implement the technology and process changes into the Marketing & Digital (MAD) function within Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement (MFE).
This is an essential role where you will lead on change delivery, supporting across the function to coordinate the early piloting of changes, to deliver the maximum benefits and learning.
What will I be doing?
* Play a key role in supporting the building of, and day-to-day management of, the interim roadmap of tech-enabled change for the MAD function.
* Lead in identifying opportunities to improve our marketing outputs or culture/ways of working.
* Accountable for documenting and managing new ways of working across MAD.
* Identify stakeholders and ensure effective engagement and collaboration throughout the duration of the project.
* Manage escalations appropriately to ensure decisions are made by the appropriate representatives.
* In collaboration with the MarTech Project Manager, identify and plan resource needs, governance, and structure to support delivery.
* Work closely with business change managers to link in with internal comms partners.
* Put our audiences and supporters at the heart of all projects and activity.
