Description Partner Support Co-ordinator - Nisa £27,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6C) Scunthorpe (hybrid working, with one day a week in the office) and working 1 in 4 Saturdays We’re looking for a Partner Support Co-ordinator to join our partner admin team at Nisa. Our admin team consists of admin, bulks, presells and telesales and you’ll support all of these areas. In this role you’ll work collaboratively with two other co-ordinators on a variety of tasks to make sure our customers have access to the stock they want in our stores. We’ll look to you to support with anything from pulling together reports and system maintenance, to overseeing our orders, making sure they’re uploaded and sent through correctly and any queries are being responded to. This is a fantastic chance to build on your skills and gain great exposure across the business. What you’ll do • Assist in pulling together reports for the business and analysing the data to make sure that key targets are being met • Make sure accounts are set up in a timely manner and all systems are kept up to date • Make sure that all bulk and presell orders are uploaded and are sent through correctly, meeting key deadlines • Make sure that all orders are released correctly through telesales and dealing with any order queries • Check the teams’ workload and make sure work is delegated effectively • Attend meetings with key internal and external partners • Offer training and coaching to the partner admin team to upskill their knowledge This role would suit people who have • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly • A high level of attention to detail, with excellent time management skills • The ability to build meaningful relationships with a range of colleagues and to motivate others • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak with both internal and external partners with the ability to navigate difficult conversations Why Co-op Nisa?
