Job overview
The Older Adults Community Mental Health Team in Trafford is an integrated health and social care service providing recovery-based support to people with organic and functional mental health issues. The post holder will maintain and coordinate interventions for a caseload of service users in the community, within the framework of CPA and clinical pathways outlined in the Older Adults CMHT operational procedure.

* Pay enhancements: 30% for evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays; 60% for Sundays and Bank holidays.
* Annual leave: 27 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years.
* Knowledge of older adult service users' needs.
* Knowledge of carers' needs.
Qualifications
* Registered RMN
* Additional CPD/training in mental health skills
* Mentorship experience with students
