4. Actively progressing towards APC qualification with full support.
The Ideal Graduate Building Surveyor will have
1. BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or RICS-accredited degree (essential).
2. Some prior construction or property experience (advantageous).
3. A keen ambition to achieve APC accreditation.
4. Strong communication skills with a professional and proactive attitude.
