In this crucial role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that our blending processes run efficiently, consistently meeting the high standards that Medik8 is known for. Role Overview: As a Blending Operative, you will be responsible for the precise and safe execution of all batch manufacturing processes. This includes operating and monitoring chemical production equipment, maintaining strict adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. Manufacture products following the exact instructions on formulation batch sheets and specifications. Analyse batches during production, document observations, and report anydeviations from procedures immediately. Operate and monitor chemical production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly. Report any accidents, safety violations, or other concerns immediately. Monitor raw material requirements and inform the supervisor when finished products are ready for transfer to the warehouse. Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene within the Blending environment, adhering to full PPE requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar Blending/Mixing role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Competence in Maths and English, with the ability to read and understand numbers, batch cards, and follow detailed work instructions. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Are physically fit as occasional heavy lifting is part of the role.
