As a Senior Legal and Contracts Advisor, you will work closely with clients and colleagues (particularly Finance, Commercial and Tendering) to ensure that contracts are negotiated, managed, and executed in a way that protects the interests of the business. You will provide relevant legal advice and insight to the business, and support the organisation with the development of policies and processes that align with the companies mission. Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Demonstrable experience in an in-house legal/contracts role
* Adept at explaining key contractual principles to internal stakeholders
* Track-record of successful contractual negotiation
* A proactive approach to the role and ability to demonstrate added value is essential
* The ability to build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders
* Exposure to contracting with public bodies and working knowledge of consumer legislation matters are desirable
* Experience of working independently in a start-up or scale-up environment would be advantageous
