From funding to fleet management and mobility, our team will consult, support and offer a blend of products and services, that together attract new customers and help drive our existing customer's fleet ambitions forward. What you'll be doing: Reporting to the Bid Manager, the Bid Specialist manages the procurement portals membership and opportunities, (eg Achilles), and communications, (Bid inbox). Identifying potential opportunities and engaging New Business or Account Management. Follow the complete tender process for the smaller, less complex tenders, from qualification to presentation. Create compelling content for responses including ITTs, PQQs, RFIs to secure new and retain customers. Manage framework further competitions, eg Crown Commercial Services etc Engage Bid Manager for support, escalation and reviews. Develop connections with Relationship Leads and Subject Matter Experts around the business to create and update content. Assist Bid Manager with large complex bids. Manage the tender runway and CRM to provide a clear view of live, upcoming and completed tenders. Through best practice, (APMP, Shipley), manage the review, qualification and response creation stages, working with relationship leads and subject matter experts to deliver accurate and compelling content. Ensure completed bids are professional in presentation, delivered on time and compliant with the specifications noted in the customer's bid request. Ensure robust implementation of bid process, SLAs and best practice Work with the Bid Manager to maintain an accurate and up to date content library. Manage procurement portals, communication, membership and notifications. Review feedback to continually improve and refine submissions to increase our tender success rate and welcome new customers to KINTO Research customers and prospects as required to tailor content. Assist the Implementation Manager with the smooth onboarding of new customers when required.
