Logistics Coordinator
Location: Hertford (Office-based)
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage supply chains to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
* Communicate with customers and suppliers throughout the shipping process
* Process export documentation for international deliveries
* Coordinate UK and overseas shipments, including documentation and invoicing
* Manage returns and credits with both customers and suppliers
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all logistics data is up to date
* Identify and resolve logistical issues in line with ISO9001 quality standards
* Oversee stock management including booking goods in and minimising aged stock
* Ensure shipping and order documentation is accurate and complete
* Monitor delivery deadlines and support the service team with stock preparation
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years experience in a logistics or operations role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data/CRM systems
* Proactive and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
* Detail-focused with a hands-on, can-do approach
* Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
