We are seeking to appoint a Head of Admissions (UK) who is enthusiastic, inspiring and committed to lead on and have overall responsibility for all domestic admissions at Ardingly College.
The Head of Admissions will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing relationships with feeder schools, and guiding prospective students and their families through the application process. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the marketing team to promote the College and its unique educational offerings.
Role Purpose
The Head of Admissions (UK) manages all aspects of the admissions process across all year groups in the Senior School. The purpose of the role is to enrol the right profile and number of pupils while fulfilling the admissions policy.
Reporting and Team Management
The Head of Admissions (UK) reports to the Director of Communications, Admissions & Marketing and works closely with the Head of College and Head of International Admissions for the fulfilment of the role. The Head of Admissions (UK) has line management responsibility for one Assistant Registrar and the Admissions Assistant.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Flexibility in working hours will be required to meet the needs of the College and fulfil the needs of any events taking place. This may include occasional evening and weekend work.
Holiday: 25 days’ holiday per annum plus bank holidays. Five days must be taken during the Christmas closure.
Salary: £60,000 per annum.
