We are currently partnering with a major law firm to find a highly skilled Senior Rewards Analyst to join their dynamic Reward team. In this role, the Senior Rewards Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing competitive compensation strategies, managing benefits delivery, and leading key reward-related projects. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership, provide expert analysis, and ensure the firm’s reward offerings are aligned with both market trends and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead compensation strategy development, including salary and bonus reviews.
2. Oversee benefits delivery, drive employee engagement, and manage supplier relationships.
3. Conduct in-depth data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Manage and lead reward-related projects to drive process improvements.
5. Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in reward or benefits roles.
2. Familiarity with health and risk benefits, and benchmarking methodologies.
3. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
4. Experience in a professional services firm is highly desirable.
