We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Estates Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day operations of our busy Estates department and be a key member of the College's secondary response team in the event of an emergency.
About the Role:
As Estates Administrator, you'll be the central point of contact for a variety of tasks, from managing information and raising purchase orders to scheduling service contracts and delivering contractor inductions. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will be essential as you interact with internal and external stakeholders. You'll also play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with College policies, and supporting the Estates team with projects.
Who We're Looking For:
You'll be a highly motivated individual with a strong administrative background and a passion for providing excellent service. You'll have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in a similar role, ideally within a busy office environment, would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates team and Manager.
* Manage Estates information, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
* Process purchase orders and manage confirmations.
* Schedule reports and book service contract works.
* Conduct contractor inductions and oversee booking procedures.
* Administer projects and ensure compliance with College policies.
* Manage mail, stationery stocks, and archive storage.
* Provide professional customer service to all stakeholders.
* Contribute to a positive team ethos and promote excellent customer care.
* Participate in College planning and review processes.
* Be a key member of the College's secondary emergency response team.
