(Office-Based Role, Glasgow – No Hybrid or WFH)
Growth Getters are a digital marketing educational service and agency service provider in Glasgow.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee our digital marketing operations, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional performance across campaigns. This role requires a strong paid ads background, with a focus on Meta and Google platforms, and a proven ability to manage a multifaceted digital marketing team.
As the Digital Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimising advertising campaigns, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, and overseeing key aspects of digital marketing including automation, email marketing, funnel delivery, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership and Oversight: Manage and mentor a team of media buyers and digital marketers, providing guidance and holding them accountable for deadlines and deliverables.
* Campaign Management: Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, ensuring strategy, execution, and results align with company objectives.
* Project Delivery: Ensure all projects, including automation workflows, email marketing campaigns, and funnels, are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
* Workflow and Systems Management: Use tools such as Slack, Asana, and other work management platforms to streamline workflows, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
* Performance Optimisation: Lead initiatives for CRO, customer journey tracking, and overall campaign efficiency.
* Technical Proficiency: Assist in constructing and refining campaigns, integrating tracking (e.g., Tag Manager), and leveraging analytics tools like Hyros (training available if needed).
* Client Services: Oversee client campaign management to maintain quality and build trust.
* Report to company directors.
Qualifications and Experience
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in paid advertising, with a proven track record on Meta and Google platforms.
* At least 2 years’ experience managing a team or projects, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
* Strong familiarity with project management tools like Slack, Asana, or equivalents.
* Hands-on experience across key areas of digital marketing: paid ads, email marketing, automation building, funnel delivery, and CRO.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

* Competitive salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is beyond the upper recommended limit from Indeed of £39,500, showing our desire for a high-level professional.

Schedule
* Monday to Friday, office-based in Glasgow (G2).
