Due to a recent promotion within the company, our client is seeking a well-organized, proactive individual to support with construction projects. You will be joining a friendly team of 12.
Responsibilities:
* Booking in jobs
* Loading jobs onto their systems
* Calling and emailing confirmation to customers
* Keeping any changes to appointments updated
* Contacting customers to advise of changes to dates and times of appointments
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am-4:30pm
The ideal individual will have previous administration experience, be able to work under pressure, and will be keen to learn.
