Embrace Care is seeking a Care Manager to lead a dynamic service designed to support children, young people and adults with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Emotional & Behavioural Needs through therapeutic, activity-based care. This role is based at our purpose-built site in Chester, featuring five individual lodges surrounded by open green space-perfectly designed for outdoor activities, sensory engagement, and fun-focused support.
