A generous referral scheme. What you’ll be doing: Support with the service day-to-day running by leading and supporting the staff team. Carrying out supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings, and ensuring that training needs are understood. Arranging activities & helping the people we support achieve their goals whilst having fun in the process. Manage rotas daily. Liaise with families, social workers, GPs, and other professionals. Preferably drivers Who you are: Experience in care is essential and you must have an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care or be willing to work towards this qualification. Able to work as part of a team or individually on your own. Have good communication skills and be always approachable. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
