The Role:

Support the PMO lead to embed best practice processes and provide appropriate management controls to ensure that the change portfolio is governed effectively and successfully delivers to the business strategy and vision.


Responsibilities:

1. Support the PMO Lead in providing appropriate management controls for the overall portfolio, including:
2. - Milestone delivery and timescales
3. - Quality controls
4. - Costs (budgets, administration and tracking for both capex & opex)
5. - Resources (people)
6. - Benefits (tracking, both hard and soft)
