Learning Support Assistant – The Role:
1. Supporting secondary students across the school
2. Pupils will have EHCPs and additional diagnoses
3. Support academic progress
4. Carry out 1:1 and group intervention sessions
5. Collaborate with experienced teachers
Learning Support Assistant – Qualifications required:
1. Degree or Level 3 TA qualification
2. Prior education / SEN experience
3. Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Works well independently and as part of a team
