Requirements
Responsibilities
* Oversees the full corporate calendar of meetings and events for the year, from the planning through to execution. Ensure organisation of the meetings, their facilities (in-person and/or virtually) and planning refreshments, the role is responsible for supporting the Head of the CEO Office to organise and capture action notes for all governance meetings.
* Organising company’s 25/26 social event, including:
1. Two All Staff Company Retreats and the annual Winter Party - arranging the venues, refreshments, activities and entertainment and executing these events on the day.
2. Plan the all staff social event to welcome the new intake of Analysts in September (Q2)
3. Plan the logistics and invitees to the annual alumni event working in Q1 with the CEO and external contributors to run an informative and connecting event
4. Lead organisation and communications for monthly all staff social activities
* Ensure a seamless and fun experience for staff including this involves organising travel, sourcing venues (restaurants, hotels, event spaces), booking caterers and determining menus, sourcing team development activities and speakers.
* Own the organising and planning for celebrating personal and professional milestones – including organising birthday cards and gifts, work anniversaries, leavers gifts, and so on.
* Ensure that budgets are spent wisely, in line with and in support of, the values
About You:
* Exceptional communication skills, working closely with external contractors and updating the CEO on status of all governance and social planning every week, and flag any issues
* Organisation and time management - Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively
* Attention to detail ensuring no aspect is overlooked
* Problem solving and adaptability
