Benchmark Senior Living is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our senior residents. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Programming / Activity Assistant.
This role involves creating and implementing activities that promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being among residents. You will work closely with residents, families, and staff to develop and implement an innovative activity program that meets the unique needs and interests of each resident.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and implement engaging activities for residents.
2. Work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff.
3. Assess the needs and interests of residents to tailor activity programs.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs.
5. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in activity coordination or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Passion for working with seniors.
