Key Responsibilities: Delivering engaging and dynamic Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on Key Stage 5. Developing and implementing innovative and engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and the school’s educational philosophy. Assessing student progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Collaborating with colleagues within the music department to enhance teaching practices and contribute to curriculum development. Staying informed on the latest trends and best practices in Music education. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Experience teaching Music at secondary school level, with experience at Key Stage 5 being an advantage.
