We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven Central Performance Delivery Manager (Hotel Performance Support) based in our Windsor, UK office, to help our hotels operate at their best, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences. This role works closely with hotel General Managers to align on performance plans, implement IHG tools, and drive the adoption of best practices. Your day to day
* Deliver virtual consulting sessions to hotel GMs, focusing on IHG tools, standards implementation, and operational excellence.
* Develop and monitor tailored performance plans, including action priorities, service support strategies, and recommendations for capital improvements.
* Analyse hotel performance to identify opportunities, design strategies, and implement programs that enhance guest experiences and drive results.
* Build strong relationships with hotel leaders, offering guidance, resolving operational issues, and connecting them with specialist resources as needed.
* Collaborate with Field Operations teams to ensure alignment on performance action plans and generate synergies across efforts.
What we’re looking for
* European languages are essential. English, Spanish AND Italian are required. Other languages are advantageous.
* General Manager or Head of Department experience in international hotel brand operations or commercial roles.
* The ability to build strong relationships within a vast, matrix-lead organisation. You will also have the aptitude to collaborate and influence at all levels.
* Experience participating in industry task forces.
* Strong knowledge of IHG/Hotel systems and the ability to drive outcomes across the network.
