Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented, driven and engaging sales professional to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our platform. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, making sales and bringing in new revenue to the company. This role offers a rewarding commission structure along with performance-based bonuses, making it an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals passionate about sales and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue generation: Build new revenue streams for the company, including new customer acquisition, increasing spend and re-activation of lapsed customers.
2. Client Engagement & Retention: Build relationships through authentic conversations, tailoring your approach to client preferences to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Account Growth & Lead Generation: Ownership of outbound cold-calling projects, identifying potential clients, and developing a lead-sourcing strategy to expand our client base.
4. Sales & Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, leveraging solution-based selling to maximise adoption, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
5. Market & Product Expertise: Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
Required Skills:
1. Previous experience in business to business account management or outbound sales, ideally in the beverage industry.
2. Positive, friendly, and passionate about sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Target-driven and ambitious, with the determination and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing sales culture.
4. Strong organisational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a data-driven learning approach.
5. Experience in Agile environments and the ability to engage with stakeholders to optimise sales initiatives.
6. Creative problem-solver who genuinely cares about clients, goes the extra mile, and is willing to go above and beyond.
