Overview of the CEO: This is an exciting opportunity to join CACI, with Tracy Weir newly appointed President and CEO (UK & Netherlands), officially starting her role in October 2024. Tracy has worked for CACI for 26 years, working her way up to Managing Director of our Marketing Solutions Division (MSD) and now CEO for CACI. Our current President and CEO, Greg Bradford, is retiring and will be working with Tracy to affect a smooth transition of his Chief Executive duties and responsibilities and to organise and position the business to continue its considerable success. Greg will retire following the transition and during this time, Tracy will need support transitioning into the role and continued support after this period. Duties: Providing top-level support and assistance to the CEO: Managing their calendar, ensuring time is blocked out appropriately. Monitoring and responding to emails – escalating where appropriate. Co-ordinating meetings. Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. Organising travel arrangements Arranging and co-ordinating offsite meetings and events for senior leadership. Assisting with documentation preparation, such as but not limited to letters, presentations, reports etc. Ensuring you support the CEO to meet all deadlines or communicating if you can foresee why deadlines cannot be met. Supporting business-wide comms and updates. Supporting with LinkedIn. Organising paperwork for the week(s) ahead. Supporting with ad-hoc tasks, including personal. Skills: Communicate confidently across our senior leadership teams and CACI as a whole. Ensure you are clear and concise when communicating tasks in progress and what can be achieved by when, as well as ensuring you highlight changes in deadlines due to urgent tasks that take priority. Actively listen to the needs and directions of the CEO and business. Multi-tasking across several requirements at any one time and prioritising accordingly. Effective prioritisation is vital in this role. Be organised and diligent to complete your work efficiently and to a high standard. Be highly motivated, positive.
