We are looking for an experienced and motivated English and French sales agent to join our partner agency’s team in Scotland. You will manage travelers' requests via the Evaneos platform and you will be the main contact for travelers in the French Market. With its network of over 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos participates in the recruitment of sales agents for its partner agencies. Your missions as a sales agent in Scotland
Reporting to Loic Acosta, you will be in charge of the French Market. Your main missions will be:
1. Advising customers to offer them a tailor-made trip that meets their expectations
1. Getting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platform
2. Understanding travelers' expectations and specific needs
3. Providing travelers with guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities
2. Managing all the practical aspects of the trip
1. Matching travelers' requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities according to their budget
2. Handling booking management for hotels and activities
3. Billing the travelers
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip
1. Being the local point of contact for travelers throughout their trip
2. Performing quality monitoring during the trip
3. Handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds

Duration & contract type: local contract - Full-time employment in Scotland
Precise location: Westpoint, 4 Redheughs Rigg, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH12 9DQ
Availability (Starting dates): February 2025
Salary: between 25,000 and 35,000 Pounds per year + commission on sales (% to be discussed)
Working time per day and week: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30 pm
Flexible work: sometimes we will need to welcome clients during the weekend
