As a small, niche business, you’ll be given the opportunity to contribute to forming the company culture, the way we operate and being an instrumental hire in supporting the Director with sales strategies and customer acquisition. Within this role, you’ll work client side, further developing existing clients and use our expansive market knowledge to further expand our client list. Working as the Director’s right-hand person, this role has been created for someone who has the ambition to be a future leader, whether that be MD, Head of Sales, or Business Manager. 99 of the 100 largest companies in the world are SAP customers, this a great chance to learn more about the nuts & bolts of an organisation and how SAP’s business software enables them to operate at a time of considerable change and market demand. Desired Experience: Proven track record in recruitment or B2B sales, with a hunger for growth. Confidence in interfacing with senior management, up to C-Suite level. Understanding of technology's business benefits. Familiarity with Business Systems, Analytics, Data, or Senior IT (desirable but not essential). Solid grasp of UK or EU geography. Proficient in sales processes and highly organised. Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director to define target markets.
