Description
My client, a medium-sized manufacturing organization, is currently looking for a Credit Controller in the Colne area, which is situated near Nelson and Barrowford. This role will be working on a full-time permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities within this role include:
1. Collect account debt by use of telephone, email, and letter.
2. Reconcile customer accounts.
3. Maintain good relationships with customers and clients.
Advantageous skills are:
1. Sage 50 knowledge.
2. Excellent knowledge of Excel.
3. Excellent client and customer relationship skills with good attention to detail.
4. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
