Relief Support Workers
£12.00 per hour - 25/26 Pay Award Pending
Ark Forres supports individuals across a wide age range, from early twenties to late seventies. Most of our supported people live independently in their own homes with support, in accommodation featuring flats, communal gardens, and lounge areas. We also provide outreach services for individuals with various health conditions and learning disabilities. Support varies from 5 hours a week to 24 hours a day, promoting independence, meeting personal outcomes, and providing person-centered care. Some supported individuals live at home with their parents, and support may include community activities. Due to the nature of support, shift patterns are highly variable.
Your main duties will include but are not limited to:
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to support vulnerable people effectively.
* Communicating well with supported individuals to provide personalized care and build appropriate relationships.
* Supporting individuals during activities, offering positive feedback and encouragement.
* Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on Ark's Information Management system.
If you are enthusiastic about supporting people to live their best lives, apply now to join our team!
