Vamonos Recruitment is seeking a Head of Travel Trade Partnerships for its London-based client to manage supplier relationships, build and create new product packages and lead the contracting, product and partnership team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Be at the forefront of ‘all things new in UK tourism.’
2. Have great connections in the inbound travel industry with suppliers.
3. Understand building and maintaining relationships from a commercial viewpoint.
4. Negotiate the best market rates for the business.
5. Analyse trends within the travel and tourism industry.
6. Develop and manage partnership budgets.
7. Have a sound understanding of B2C products and development to market.
8. Lead the contracting team by example.
9. Play a key role within the Senior Management Team.
10. A minimum of seven years of experience in product or partnership management.
11. At least five years of experience in a senior leadership role.
12. Tech-savvy with strong industry knowledge.
13. Proven track record of exceptional leadership skills.
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
