This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality care services for elderly people who wish to remain independent at home. You'll supervise a team of field-based carers, ensure care plans are followed, and contribute to a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure the highest possible levels of care provision
* Maintain a strong focus on quality
* Supervise, train, and support a team of domiciliary care workers
* Organise rotas and cover unassigned shifts
* Assist with recruitment processes
Qualifications:
* Previous experience supervising staff (Senior Carer, Team Leader, Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator)
* Computer literacy skills
* Clear communication skills
* Minimum of a level 2 in Health & Social Care Adults
* Experience working with domiciliary or residential care (preferred)
