THE OPPORTUNITY
The festive season is fast approaching at Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton and we’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant and cheerful Banbury Warehouse team until 31st January 2025!
As a valued member of our Operations team, you'll work Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday shifts available) to pick and pack our stylish fashion and lifestyle accessories using handheld scanners. You'll play a key role in preparing customer orders for dispatch, ensuring each package is ready for the post van. From handbags to jewellery, our products are designed in-house with various options for personalisation - the perfect gift for any occasion!
As an Operative, you’ll be continually active and on your feet during your shift. Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable but not necessary as we will give you comprehensive training, including manual handling on your first day.
THE CONTRACT:
You’ll need to be available to work Monday to Friday. Our shifts are 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm. Dependant on business needs, there may be opportunities for overtime.
Contracts are available to start now on a fixed term basis until 31st January 2024; these come with potential to lead on to longer term/permanent positions, progression within the department as well as secondments into other teams.
If you’re eager to be part of our dynamic team and play a role in packing heartfelt, personalised gifts for the festive season, we’d love to hear from you!

Joma Jewellery was founded in 2008 by Katie and Geoff Loxton, since then we have gone from strength to strength, launching Katie Loxton in 2015 and growing our business beyond the UK. We know that part of that growth comes from the fact that we take diversity and inclusion very seriously. We strive to be the best in our field, and we know that happens by hiring a diverse team and encouraging everyone to be their authentic selves when working with us. We don’t hire based on cultures, preferences, or personalities – it’s what you bring to the team that counts.
We are always striving to improve our way of working to be more inclusive, diverse and equal, including encouraging all team members to bring their ideas to the table as we know this is key to our continued success.
