Morgan Hunt is currently working with a Regulatory body in search for a Dispute support and resolution Administrator!
The postholder will provide a comprehensive administration service for the dispute support and dispute resolution teams, ensuring excellent service is provided to internal and external customers and contributing to, with other colleagues from the Administration Team, ensuring all administration within the teams is processed accurately and effectively.
Role: Dispute support and resolution Administrator
Contract: 6-month FTC
Pay: £27,000
Location: Home Based
Key Responsibilities of the new Dispute support and resolution Administrator:
1. Work with colleagues across the directorate to provide a full administrative support service to the dispute support and dispute resolution teams, enabling the team to deliver to targets and Key performance indicators.
2. Communicate effectively with residents and landlords.
3. Provide updates to all customers on the progress of disputes.
4. Maintain and update all relevant systems and databases, including the SharePoint site and the case management system.
5. Ensure any directorate inbox is checked regularly and that queries are dealt with quickly and effectively by being passed to the appropriate team member.
Previous experience of the new Dispute support and resolution Administrator:
1. Previous experience of working in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proficient in working with all Microsoft Office applications - including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation.
4. GCSE maths and English at grade C or above - or equivalent.
5. Experience of working in an organisation with a strong customer service focus.
