Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and influencer marketing? We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Assistant PR & Influencer Manager to join our growing Marketing team at Holland and Barrett. This role will play a pivotal part in driving brand relevance through strategic PR and influencer campaigns, enhancing our customer reach and engagement across key business initiatives, including beauty.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute integrated PR and influencer campaigns across beauty and key business areas.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and influencers in the wellness and beauty sectors.
3. Manage day-to-day press office operations, including media inquiries, press releases, and content creation.
4. Stay on top of cultural and social trends to continuously enhance our strategy.
5. Monitor campaign performance and compile insights to measure success and inform future initiatives.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align public relations efforts with broader marketing goals.
7. Support the management of project budgets and campaign resources.
8. Drive both earned and paid media opportunities to maximise brand exposure.
Location: Based in Nuneaton (CV10 7RH). This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2 days per week.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in PR and influencer marketing, ideally in retail and beauty.
2. Expertise in media relations and influencer outreach, with a focus on wellness and beauty.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Experience with creator management platforms (e.g., Companion or Creator IQ) is a plus.
5. Ability to analyse data, adjust strategies, and solve problems effectively.
6. Passion for social media, trends, and the wellness industry.
