What you’ll be doing: The Advanced Business Administrator Apprenticeship is a two-year scheme and will offer you the opportunity to gain real experience within our Shared Services business. You will experience different placements working within our Employee Business Support & Enterprise IT teams, which support all our BAE Systems sectors in the UK and abroad, giving you the opportunity to make a rewarding contribution to the work we do. During your two years, you will undertake placements, working across a selection of the following teams: Finance, Recruitment, Procurement, Talent & Learning, Employee Services, Business Operations and IT Project Management, enabling you to develop your business administration experience across these areas. You will learn how to: • Deliver your responsibilities efficiently and with integrity • Work well within a team • Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal) • Conduct stakeholder management • Problem-solve • Develop your organisational skills • Incorporate project management skills What apprenticeship will you get?
