You will play a fundamental role supporting the production programme and supporting customer supply chain requirements across the programme. You will provide support to the Ships Liaison Officer (SLO) and the Planning team.,
* Responsible for all data management related to warehousing and inventory across the site.
* The role is required to coordinate and ensure delivery of materials to meet agreed customer and production timescales.
* Key interface with stakeholders across all business functions is integral to the role.
* Identify and escalate any serious shortcomings which could affect programme to Line Manager.
* Ensure adherence to the regulations laid down in all relevant control procedures and work instructions.
* Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, radiation safety and quality and be great team player., Working with the planning department they will plan the material/component supplies are available on time to ensure delivery of the production and operations programme.
* Provide weekly reports and KPIs for the on time delivery and stock control.
* Ensure the depot has what it needs to always support programme delivery.
* Co-ordinate the movements of supplies.
* Ensure timely and accurate maintenance and update all relevant supply chain databases and systems.
* To support Line Manager with monitoring and progressing the clearance of corrective action reports arising from internal or external audits.
* To undertake the duties of work colleagues within the planning team, as required and directed.
* Individuals may be expected to undertake tasks in support of other teams across the Alliance and undertake any other duties deemed to be within the job holder's capability.
* More detailed and specific tasks will be provided at the time of appointment.
HNC in a business or other relevant discipline/experience
* Work experience in a controlled and regulated environment. Supply Chain/logistic experience within a large organisation.

* Effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Project and programme management experience
* Working knowledge of Clyde or company safety, quality, environmental and security policies
* Previous experience of implementing or using MRP and / or ERP systems.
* IT literate with developed MS Office skills and industry ERP/MRP systems, Please note that you must hold a current drivers license and be willing to travel within the UK with occasional overnight stays.
