We are seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our compassionate team at Elsadene, a Specialist Mental Health Residential Home in Weymouth. Elsadene provides exceptional care for individuals with severe and enduring mental illnesses, helping them lead full, dignified, and independent lives. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while ensuring the safety and well-being of the people we support.

About You:
You are team-oriented, an effective communicator, and a proactive listener. You may already possess or be willing to work towards a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Above all, you are passionate about providing emotional and practical support to those in need.
