We are pleased to offer an exciting and unique opportunity to join a new psychological therapy team at the forefront of innovative community mental health practice.
The Core Community Mental Health Model will be an integrated mental health offer with colleagues from Primary Care, Secondary Care, Local Authority and Voluntary Sector working alongside one another to deliver a holistic and person-centred approach to mental health difficulties under the national Community Mental Health Transformation programme and the local Healthy Minds programme.
