One of my local government clients is currently recruiting an experienced Telecare Installer on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
This is a hybrid working role; however, you will be required to attend the office 2-3 times a week.
Overview:
1. To work flexibly to exchange an analogue telecare device to a digital device in a domestic setting.
2. To demonstrate to our customers and their carers the effective use of the equipment.
3. To keep accurate records of installations and information received at the visit.
Key Skills/Responsibilities:
1. To communicate effectively and sensitively with customers and their carers/next of kin.
2. To liaise with internal departments, external contractors, and manufacturers.
3. To conduct yourself appropriately and professionally during your work, particularly in a customer's home.
4. To have an aptitude for technology and DIY.
