We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead Ondine at Seaton House, overseeing a team dedicated to culinary excellence and exceptional service. Our focus is on the finest seafood and shellfish from the East Coast of Scotland, and the service we offer to the guests that visit. As the Restaurant Manager, you will work under the guidance of Roy Brett to establish Ondine at Seaton House as a first class dining destination, maintaining high standards of service and quality, inspired by Ondine's celebrated reputation in Edinburgh. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days, with great flexibility required.
