We are looking for an ambitious Production Manager to lead our Aseptic Services Team at Charing Cross and Hammersmith Hospitals. Main duties of the job
* Lead the MHRA-licensed aseptic manufacturing units, ensuring full compliance with GMP, national regulations, and patient safety protocols.
* Oversee aseptic production operations, managing staff, workflows, and ensuring medicines are produced safely and efficiently.
* Develop and implement strategic plans for service improvement, ensuring aseptic services align with the Trust's long-term goals.
* Manage training and staff development, ensuring all team members are skilled in aseptic techniques and quality standards.
* Oversee financial and operational performance, managing budgets, contracts, and resources to maximise efficiency and service quality.
