We are the ideal touring base, being virtually at the geographical 'hub' of Scotland in Angus near Dundee and Tayside, with the most extraordinary variety of wonderful scenery on our doorstep. What will you be doing? Forbes of Kingennie have an excellent restaurant, we are looking for a talented and motivated Commis Chef to join our team! You will assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality, working under the guidance of senior chefs to learn new techniques and gain culinary expertise. You will ensure all food items are prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standard whilst following food safety and hygiene standards. Health and Safety Management is an important aspect of this role, ensuring safe use of equipment and safe systems of work. The ideal candidate will be a positive team player, working collaboratively with other kitchen staff. Full Time (35 - 42 hours) and Part Time (16 - 30 hours) roles available.
