JobSummary:
Tobe accountable and provide effective leadership development andmanagement for the Adult Social Care services ensuring the highestpossible quality of service is delivered within the resourcesavailable.

KeyDuties/Accountabilities

Tohold lead responsibility for staff within Adult Social CareOperations. To hold lead responsibility for specialist social workteams working in close partnership with Health including theLearning Disability Partnership 0 to 25 Disability Service EarlyIntervention and Prevention and the Transfer of Care Teamsupporting capacity across the health and social care system andthe specialist learning disability nursing and speech and languagetherapyservices.
Tolead on key aspects of the transformation of health and social careto create an integrated effective service for thepopulation.
Toplay an integral role across the wider health and social caretransformation programme advising officers councillors and partnersasappropriate.
EssentialExperienceRequired:
Previous ServiceDirector experience and are currently working at thatlevel isessential.
Experienceworking with Adult Social Care with relevant experience gainedwithin a similar job role isessential.
EssentialQualificationRequired:
Qualifiedsocial worker registered with Social Work England isessential.
A relevantgraduate Level qualification or equivalent and/or relevantcompensating experience at a leadership level isessential.
Additionalinformation tonote:
Working hours:37 hours perweek.
The role isHybrid with 23 days in theoffice.
