Mechanical Building Services Estimator

Carriera is working with a highly regarded construction consultancy with multiple offices across the UK. We are looking to speak with a talented Building Services Estimator, who ideally has a background in cost estimating and mechanical systems.
The Oxford office is led by some of the industry's most capable leaders and provides fantastic progression and development opportunities to senior management and leadership positions. They are looking to speak with individuals who are progression-orientated and eager to deliver on high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing pricing schedules, mechanical take-offs and bills of quantities based on technical specifications.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather the necessary information for accurate cost estimates.
Working closely with senior leadership to maintain high service standards.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in the construction industry in building service estimating.
Strong proficiency with BlueBeam, Word and Excel.
