Bet365 seeks a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, fluent in both Spanish and English. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers at risk of gambling harms while adhering to our Responsible Gambling policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to customers with problematic gambling
* Communicate effectively with customers in Spanish
* Use internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer enquiries
* Liaise with internal departments
* Escalate queries where necessary
* Promote safer gambling
* Aware of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements
* Apply self-exclusions to customers' accounts
* Deal with responsible gambling queries and complaints
