This hybrid role allows you to work from home, with the requirement for you to attend meetings with our operational teams. Ideally, you will be based in the South West to support this role.
About you:

You’ll have a background in Workplace Mediation (ACAS or equivalent) and/or Restorative Practice experience.
You will bring extensive knowledge of employment law and best practices, confidently guiding leaders to effectively manage their teams.
You will also have considerable experience in supporting leaders through organisational change, providing confident advice while being mindful of risks and remaining focused on the long-term plan.
As travel will be required for the role, you will hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
Our main office HUBS are in Devizes, Andover, Frome, Ferndown, Wareham, and Weymouth.
