Role Responsibilities:
1. Execute day-to-day repairs on tenanted/void properties carrying out testing and remedial works.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, referring complex cases to senior staff when needed.
3. Foster positive customer relations, upholding a reputation for excellence.
4. Conduct inspections, testing, and complete repairs, including bathroom and kitchen upgrades and property rewires.
5. Contribute to emergency callouts on a rotational basis.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Complete apprenticeship or equivalent training in electrical installation work.
2. Hold relevant qualifications 2365 plus AM2.
3. Ideally hold Level 3 Award in Initial Verification and Periodic Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations Course (C&G).
4. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within 1 hour of Bordon, Hampshire.
5. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and communicate effectively with clients.
6. Desire to learn and support apprentices and trainees, contributing to team growth.
