Please see the attached Job Description Plan, deliver and evaluate education and training sessions for a limited portfolio of clinical topics and skills including update sessions for more experienced practitioners. Contribute to the delivery of the Trusts induction and mandatory training programmes. Promote and actively support the assessment of clinical competence in the workplace. Provide educational support and interaction via a range of methods, becoming proficient in a number of these and be able to determine appropriate strategies for different educational initiatives to meet the needs of the organisation and our workforce. If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £54.50. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £16.
